Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at Mole Hardware Inc. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside/outside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development activities to drive revenue and build customer relationships. We are a B2B hardware wholesale company specializing in kitchen and closet organization systems. Besides this, we also offer Hinges, Slides, and Opening Systems. Our best strength is the relationship you develop with new customers,

This is not a replacement position this is new and despite you will be given leads, majority of work, quotes will be from your interactions.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with wholesale clients in the hardware organization industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market.

Yes, you're expected to put in full days and go to the office and be on the road visiting customers that you don’t know very well.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Utilizing cold calling and networking techniques to build a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, effectively managing accounts, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with our team to create tailored proposals that meet the specific needs and objectives of each client
  • Utilizing persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • A relevant post-secondary degree in Business Development, Economics, Marketing/Supply Chain, or a similar discipline
  • At least one year of workplace experience in a B2B sales role is preferred
  • Experience in the Hardware wholesale industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Lead Generation and Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player
  • Currently residing in Canada, legally entitled to work in Ontario, Canada
